This page governs use of the English-language section of this site and sets out what happens after the form is sent.

What this site is

We publish product reviews of items sold directly: the composition stated by the maker, the price, how it is used, and what is missing. We do not sell anything, take no payment and are not a party to any contract. The contract is formed during the phone call, between you and the seller.

The form

It exists so an agent of the seller can ring you back. You leave a first name and a phone number. Sending it is not an order: the order is made during the call, with price, quantity and address agreed. The seller’s details reach you with the order confirmation and in the parcel.

Prices

Prices come from the seller on the day of publication. The price confirmed on the call governs. Report any discrepancy to [email protected].

Complaints

Incorrect content: [email protected], answered within 14 days. Anything about the product, delivery or payment is for the seller.
