Cancellation rights
How cancellation works and who to send it to.
Your contract is with the seller
Not with us. You confirm the order on the phone with the seller, and they receive the cancellation and issue the refund. Their details are in the order confirmation and in the parcel. We do not promise to pass a notice on — we have neither the authority nor the means.
The deadline
For a distance contract a consumer has 14 days to cancel without giving a reason, from receiving the goods. Basis: the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.
How to do it
Write a short notice with the order date, order number and your details. Send it to the seller at the address given. Return the goods to the address they specify, normally within 14 days. Keep proof of postage.
Costs and exceptions
The purchase price is refunded; return postage is usually the buyer’s. For supplements and cosmetics cancellation may not apply where a sealed package has been opened, on health or hygiene grounds. If you may wish to cancel, do not open the packaging.
If the seller does not respond
Contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC). If you need help identifying the seller, write to [email protected].
